All ticket sales are final. Tickets are held until 15 minutes PRIOR to the start of the show. Arrival after this time does not guarantee your seat will be held - and no refund will be issued. All audience members are required to set phones to silent/vibrate/not-make-noise-mode, and minimize table talk. Attendees not following these rules risk being ejected from the show WITHOUT a refund.
